About the cake girl...

‘Pretty Sweet Cakes’ was created out of my true love for baking and passion for all things sweet! What originally started as a hobby making cakes for friends and family blossomed into a successful career in confectionary arts.


Eager to hone my creative passions and to become an accomplished cake designer, I strived to learn as much as possible. Driven to learn from the best, I developed my skills at the Bonnie Gordon School of Cakes, studying under many different teachers including Peggy Porschen.

From the first time I evoked a smile from a cake I created, I was hooked and put my creative talent to work, creating the kind of cakes that left people wondering whether they should admire it a little longer or cut into its deliciousness!

I love working with clients to create original cakes that capture their unique style and to add a joyful centerpiece to their celebrations. Each cake, cupcake and cookie is an edible work of art where I can express my creativity, attention to detail and individual style. Whether it be a couple celebrating their love for one another, or a child’s first birthday, their enthusiasm and genuine smiles when they see my creation, is the icing on the cake…
